Hi group, at the risk of sounding silly I have a question that I would like
to ask you.
Has anyone any experience using the Boehringer glycerol determination kit?
I know it sounds quite straight forward to use the kit, but I have had very
high variations in the results, including the control. I want to know if
maybe I am to blame for this or maybe the kit is defective, so I would
appreciate it if anyone who has extensive experience using this kit can
forward me their protocol from the stage of yeast cell disruption to the
final reading onthe spec. You know, a protocol "any 10 year old can do..".
