Storage of Yeast

Dear Yeasters,

I have simple, basic questions about storing YPD agar plate and YPAD
slant. After being streaked from frozen stocks, how long could yeast
cells on YPD plates be refrigerated without worrying possible mutations?
And how many times of successive re-streaking onto another YPD plate are
recommended before getting fresh cells from frozen stock again?

How can I maintain YPAD slant? I heard that slant lasts longer than YPD
petri dish plate. Should I keep them in a refrigerator or on a bench?
And how long?

Any comments would be appreciated. BTW, the above questions were about
S. cerevisiae.
