Dear Jon,
I, too was looking for such list, and have posted to this newsgroup, but
I haven't got any answer yet. I wish someone make a list and post on the
Internet. FYI, ura3-52 is not deletion, but Ty insertion somewhere in
the N-terminal half of URA3. However, ura3-52 makes a shorter transcript
than URA3 because of either frameshift mutation or possible introduction
of stop codon by Ty transposon. Another common marker leu2-3,112 has two
point mutations in LEU2 gene. That's all I know for sure.
