True, they do sell these antibodies, but last time i looked they were
only able to detect the proteins from the high expression vectors, not
pGBT9 or pGAD424. I wanted them as i was unsure if i was getting
expression of my bait during some pretty unsuccessful library (bought
from Clontech) screens. Have since made my own library (if you want
something done properly...) and finally got some results. Anyway, enough
bitterness, looks like the antibodies may be able to tell you
something about the high expression vectors, but not for the low.
