There is a URA3 disruptor cassette that uses, instead of lox, the
Zygosaccharomyces rouxii site-specific recombinase. See Roca et al "A
hit-and-run system for targeted genetic manipulations in yeast," Nucl
Acids Research 20:4671 (1992).
