Can someone please recommend a reference(s) or offer an explanation on
the pathway of yeast extract biodegradation under anoxic (~0.0 mg/l
dissolved oxygen), chemically reducing (<55 mV ORP) conditions in an
aqueous setting devoid of significant nitrate or sulfate at STP? Any
comments, explanations, and/or speculations would also be welcome!
