We have prepared mitochondria from S. pombe and would like to prove that
the proteins we obtained are mitochondrial and free from cytosolic
contamination. We would like to do this by using Western blots with
antibodies specific for a cytosolic and a mitochondrial protein. Does
anybody know where I can find suitable antibodies ?
