okadaic acid sensitivity

Dear yeasters,

The phosphatase inhibitor okadaic acid inhibits some phosphatases extracted from
from yeast, as it does similar enzymes from "higher" organisms.  However, I 
have been unable to find any information on whether okadaic acid will act on 
the enzymes in intact  yeast cells, as it does in cultured vertebrate cells.  
I would be grateful to anyone who can provide info. about the in vivo effect 
of this compound on yeast.
