Hi! Does anyone know anything about the mitochondrial genome in yeast strain YHP500? I am wondering if there are any optional introns etc that would make it deviate from the 78 kb sequence in the database. I am particularly interested in the EcoRI restriction pattern. Thanks in advance, Deb
