Hi.
I am trying to co-express two proteins from the same yeast expression
plasmid. I am looking for a 2 micron (2u) plasmid which has the yeast
GAL1-GAL10 promoter, with appropriate restriction sites on both sides
of the promoter. Any suggestions?
Also, are transcriptional terminator sequences, such as the ADH
terminator, necessary for optimal expression of a cloned cDNA in yeast?
