Erica Golemis did some mapping of the plasmid that goes into more details
than map available in CPMB. I'm not sure anybody sequenced the entire
plasmid - it's too bloody long. You can ask Erica but I doubt that the
entire sequence is known. Personally for sequencing primers I used LexA
sequence from Genbank - both primers designed this way work fine. I also
sequenced through the polylinker of pEG202 to get primer for sequencing
the distal end of the fusion =towards the lexA. That's all sequence I've
got.
