We are having problems with recovering expressed and secreted proteins
from Pichia p. media. When we use AMS precipitation, gelfiltration or
dialysis followed by lyophilization a yellow colour is always present in
the concentrate. This colour interfers with A280 monitoring.
Is there any way to get around this problem without cloning into a new
vector with a His-tag for Ni-affinity chromatography ???
