Postdoctoral Position to study the relationship of Cystathionine
b-Synthase mutations and human disease using yeast-based detection assay
in population screening studies (see Kruger and Cox, Hum. Mol. Gen.
4:1155-1161, 1995). Applicants must posses expertise in recombinant DNA
technology and PCR. Experience in yeast molecular genetics and
enzymology is also desirable. This is a good oppurtunity for a student
trained in yeast genetics to learn about the well funded area of human
genetics. Send curriculum vitae and the names of three references to Dr.
Warren Kruger, Fox Chase Cancer Center, 7701 Burholme Ave.,
