I am currently looking for the proper form of yeast to brew
beverages with. I am trying to find a highly active yeast that would
speed up the reaction and cut fermenting time down. If you have any
information that could be helpful, please reply. I would appreciate
help on information on where to find the yeast, or how to grow/obtain
usable amounts. I am sorry for such a strange question, it is just
that I would appreciate any help. Thank you again.
