Dear Yeast Researchers,
Many may know of color sectoring assay using ade2 ade3 strain and
ADE3-containing vector. I would like to use this assay for my research,
and I have read some articles where this methodology were exploited.
However, I wonder if there are more comprehensive references which
cover from start to end in detail. Thank you all in advance for any
comments.
