Hi everybody,
I am posting this message for a friend. They use the Pichia pastoris
expression system. They have apparently ( ) degradation of the expressed
product (remains intracellular, 130 kDa...). Are there any strain out
there without these $%?&* proteases? (Not responsible for the vocabulary...)
