Hello everyone,
Does anybody have a plasmid containing a yeast POL I promoter (rDNA)
upstream of a reporter gene (i.e. lac Z), and the same type of
construction for a POL III promoter?. I would like to test if a POL II-
transcription activator can activate transcription from POL I and/or
POL III promoters.
