FW: How much protein per cell?

Greetings,
My back of the envelope calculation gives 12 pg protein/cell of polyploid 
yeast cell, which is close to the numbers cited below.  The numbers I used 
are 0.4 g protein per gram dried yeast cells, with 3 exp10 yeast cells/gram 
dry weight.
