Hi,
I'm working with a YAC containing a 180 kb insert, it's derived from
pYAC4 and it's maintened in S.cerevisae. I'd like to know if the YACs can
recombine with the yeast DNA by the time. Please if someone can help me
write to midsilva at usp.br.
