Dear colleagues,
I am looking for information about number and size of
chromosomes from yeast Bretanomyces anomalus. Does anyone has
also protocol for pulse-field gel electrophoresis of chromosomes
from this yeast ? I will appreciate very much any useful hint or
comment.
