Hi all. I am trying to create yeast expression vectors using promoters
(both ADH and GAL1) from various yeast two-hybrid vectors and some RS
shuttle vectors that we have in our lab. I have noticed that these
vectors use various fragments of the promoter and was wondering if
anyone had some advice as to the best length of each promoter for the
highest expression.
By the way, if someone already has some expression vectors that they are
willing to share, it would be greatly appreciated.
