Greetings,
this is a repeat of a query I posted to methods-and-reagents so please
excuse the redundancy, but I wanted to reach those of you who don't
subscribe that that news group.
I'm looking for a yeast tRNA amber suppressor of any type; although the
amber mutation was originally a glutamine codon, it doesn't really matter
the identity of the replacement amino acid.
I should be able to express the suppressor off a yeast vector for in vivo
experiments. If anyone has or knows of such a beast, please contact me at
my e-mail: howe at darwin.ucsc.edu.
Thanks
