Hello!
I am trying to obtain yeast vesicles trough Sephadex G-50 columne. I
use octyl-glucoside as detergent ( Venema and Palmgren, 1995)I don t
obtain well selled vesicles and then I lost the ATPase activity during the process. Can the detergent
affect the enziymatic activity? How can I solvent that my vesicles don t
work?
