Does anyone know if a expression vector for the Pichia pastoris
expression system is available. We are interested in an expression vector
coding for a N-terminal His-tag followed by a protease site and then the
protein of interest (HIS-cleave site-protein). This would ease
purification somewhat.
We are aware of the Invitrogen pPICZ A,B,C vectors, but these do not
leave any possibility to remove the His-tag after purification.
