Dear colleagues:
We are needing for immediate use in our industrial alcoholic
fermentation plants, ready to use(or almost...) sensors for monitoring or control
the following variables:
1-sucrose: main sugar at the substrate(the feed stream) ( 8-25 % w/w)
2-glucose: at the fermenting mash and substrate ( 0,1 to 5 %)
3-fructose: idem above
4-ethanol: at fermenting mash( 2 to 12 % vol.)
5-yeast concentration: at fermenting and concentrated streams ( 10 to
300 g dry matter / liter)
6-lactic acid: same as glucose ( 20 -2000 ppm)
7- glycerol: same as ethanol ( 0.05 to 1% w/w)
Any commercial equipment is wellcome.
