Hello netters, I'm looking for either a yeast strain ade minus and/or ura minus and having the gal4 gene inserted in its genomic DNA, Or a copy of the gal4 gene (in order to construct the yeast strain. can someone help me in that quest ? thousand thanks to all (and the others) pierre falson
