I'd like to know how many S. cerevisiae proteins are exported from the cell.
I only know of four: 1. a factor
2. alpha factor
3. killer toxin
4. BAR1 protease
Have any others been identified or are thought to be exported based on
homology to proteins in other eukaryotes?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
