Putting 3-AT in medium

Hi Mike,

We make a stock of 3-AT (1M) in water and add it to plates just before
pouring. However, 3-AT goes "bad" quickly (in a week), so if we aren't
going to use all the plates right away we just spread some 3-AT onto the
plates before using. Hope this helps.
