I need a plasmid(s) to integrate lacZ driven by lexA into a ura3 strain
for use in a two-hybrid search . The problem is I want to leave the ura3
marker open and the plasmid we have integrates at ura3 and gives URA3
integrants. Does anybody have or know of a plasmid that would integrate
to give LEU2, LYS2, HIS3 or ADE2 transformants along with the lexA-lacZ
construct? Alternatively, are there any constructs that would give
knockouts of these markers with lexA-lacZ integration?
