POSTDOCTORAL POSITION
A postdoctoral position is IMMEDIATELY available in the Department of
Cell Biology, Baylor College of Medicine. The successful applicant will
join a dynamic and diverse group of investigators that utilize
"molecular morphology" to study mechanisms of subnuclear protein
targeting (primarily transcription factors and centromere proteins) and
their redistribution/function during mitosis. The required background
must include extensive molecular cloning experience, be well-versed in
modern molecular cell biology, and have excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Since this position is funded by a NIH
Training Grant, it is limited to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
