I have been working on the two-hybrid, but our bait significantly activates
the HIS marker in the yeast strain Y190 even in the presence of 150 mM
3-AT. Has anybody successfully circumvented this problem by using other
strains, such as SFY526, HF7c or CG-1945? I would appreciate any comments.
