I'm looking for a 2 micron construct expressing ANY protein to high
lelvels from a GPD promoter. I've been looking at some aspects of
secretory function and, sadly, may have come up with a big artifact.
Therefore, I need to show that the effect I'm observing is not due to
overexpression of any old protein, but due to the particular one I'm
looking at. URA3 is good, but I'll take anything!
