Hi Scott!
I'm a student at the Gietz lab (University of Manitoba) and we may be able
to give you a hand.  We have a number of ADH and GAL1 expression vectors
that may be of use to you.  They are made from the YXPlac vectors made by
Dr. Gietz and work well! You can take a look at the YXPlac vectors at the

(It also has some nifty high-efficiency trafo protocols if you're interested.)
Could you tell us a little bit more about what you are trying to express
to know which vectors would be the best to send?  (An address to send them
to would also be helpful.)
