Hi Folks,
A friend of mine's group at IC is having major problems cloning into
yeast. The vector/strain combination they have doesn't appear to work
with electroporation or Lithium acetate. It may be simply that the
vector or the strain are not what they are supposed to be. If you
work in London on yeast can you email me so I can get them to call
you etc.
