Dear yeast netters:
Thought I'd post one more time before we make it. Does anyone
have a 2 micron-based plasmid with a TRP1 marker. The catch is the pRS
copy number in E. coli is too high, and leads to toxicity in E. coli once
our gene is cloned in. "Standard" pBR origins (such as those in YEp13
and YEp24) seem to be OK. Thanks for checking!
