Does anyone have any info about expression of the GFP protein in the Yeast S. cer. I have a functional construct but no fluorescence??? a working protocol would be nice (do the cells need to be treated, fixed etc inorder to see fluorescence. Craig Talbot c-talbot at nimr.mrc.ac.uk
