Would anyone happen to have a 2 micron plasmid with a TRP1
marker? The catch is it needs to be relatively low copy in E. coli, thus
the pRS series version won't work for us (our gene is toxic on higher
copy number plasmids in E. coli). A relative of YEp24 or YEp13 would be
ideal, if anyone has one. Thanks for your help!
Regards........ernie
