cerevisiae expression library without success. Here I am again !=A1
=09As I mentionned, I need a Saccharomyces cerevisiae GT11=20
expression library. I am planning to use a labelled oligonucleotide=20
containing a DNA binding site as a probe in order to find a specific DNA=20
binding protein encoded by a gene in the lambda phage (expression library).
