Pyruvate kinase expression

Hello,

             Can anyone tell me somthing about the expression of pyruvate 
kinase in dimorphic yeast? Is expression constitutive? If not under what growth
conditions does it vary? Would probing for pyruvate kinase transcripts be a 
good loading control for Northern blots if nothing else was available.
