Do you have experience with reporter genes in fungi? I need to find a reporter gene (lacZ or glucuronidase, perhaps?) which is easy to reclone for expression in a Ustilago maydis expression vector. If you know a source for lacZ, gluc, or another, in a polylinker please tell me. Roadkill Dave
