Hello out there!
I was wondering if anyone has some tried and true PCR conditions for
yeast genomic DNA. I have been testing my primers on genomic DNA purchased
from Stratagene which is supposed to be of suitable quality, but it's not
working. I have no way to check the primers, but I've not had a
problem with the supplier previously. Thanks in advance!
