there isn't one yet ... I was hoping to have something ready last week
... but it wasn't ... just back from a conference tonight ... so
probably not till next week ... I'll put you on my beta-list
distribution ... meanwhile, you can all send me what you think are FAQ
... I will add them if I don't already have them (please send only to
