Hi fellow yeast enthusiasts,
I was wondering whether anyone knows how much of a difference it makes trying
to do 5' RACE from yeast total RNA versus polyA mRNA. Also, what are your
favorite ways of making the polyA RNA? What kind of yields can you expect?
