Hi everyone,
I am starting up some research with Schizosaccharomyces pombe and need
some info on expression vectors available for this yeast.
I am looking to express the pombe G-beta subunit under a constitutive
promoter in pombe.
I know already that expression vectors with the ADH or FBP promoters are
strong, but I will be interested to hear from anyone else about other
possible systems.
