I would like to know if anybody out there have used YCpIF15-17
vectors described in "Cloning vectors for the synthesis of epitope-tagged,
truncated and chimeric proteins in Saccharomyces cerevisiae" in
Gene, 144 (1994) 63-68 for epitope-tagging? If so, do they work as
described and is there any specific problems?
