Stew Scherer's system just contains a copy of the chromosome V file
produced and obtained from us and is not guaranteed to be the most
up-to-date. A link to the SGD server for the chrV files is:
ftp://genome-ftp.stanford.edu/pub/yeast/genome_seq/chrV/
or via Gopher to genome-gopher.stanford.edu look in the "S. cerevisiae
Genome Sequencing Results" folder.

The first five entries are now obsolete and completely replaced by the
later entries. The YSCSYGP* entries will disappear from the databases
with the next GenBank and EMBL releases.
