Happy New Yeast!!
I am interested in trying the yeast 2 hybrid system. I have my gene of
interest cloned into the pAS vector series but I don't have access to a
yeast library in the corresponding pACT vector. Does anyone out there
have such a library (or know of someone who has one) and is willing to
share it? I would greatly appreciate it. Please email me directly.
