disturbed backbone in 2-hybrid screen

Hi

I work with the tester strain Y190 and the pAS2 plasmid from Elledge. I
found library plasmids which got specific blue with my fishing plasmid.
But it was not possible to detect any blue colour after retransforming.
Another problem was:Sometimes the library plasmids I found from the blue
colonies had a wrong  backbone. Is there anybody with experience in this
strain and pas2?
