Dear yeast people:
I would like to have advice on the best way to keep for long time =20
sporulated S. cerevisiae diploids suitable for sampling, glusulase=20
treatment and spore analysis.
Does it keep well in liquid sporulation medium?
Is it possible to freeze away at -80oC (plus glycerol) without rupture of=
=20
the ascus wall?
Thanks for the advice!
