Hi,could you please give us a hand.I've got this biology project which has to
be in by next week, thing is you see I don't know anything about it,well
anything that has any chance of getting me an "A*" or even an "A." It seems
you know a thing or two about yeast. The Investigation question is,"Investigate
the carbon dioxide pruduction of yeat, and the effect that anerobic respiration has
on the rate it is produced."I was told I had good, accurate results."Heat was the
variable changed in the first experiment. The first temp. was 30degrees C. and
from then on went up every 10degrees C. Until they were de-natured at 84
degrees C.I don't know why I got the results I did and I don't know why they
were de-natured.The second variable I changed was concetration of heat.Once
again I got good results and once again I was stuck on prediction and conclution
I started with 10ml of 25%glucose and 10ml of 20%yeast I went up 5ml of yeast
every time to 25ml.
